DESCRIPTION:

This is a 1980 Firebird Esprit with the yellowbird appearance package. Its a one year only production model, and this car comes with the original build sheet and still has the texas title. The car originally had a Pontiac 301, now has a Chevy 305 from a 78 Firebird. The motor and trans ran and drove great in the 78, now need some finishing to run in the 80. The motor has new water pump, thermostat, oil pan gasket, spark plugs and headers. The car has been sitting for about 4 years now, and will need brake work and probably a couple of tires before being driven daily. The interior needs work, and the dash and windshield are cracked.The picture shows the biggest rust spot on the car. This is a GREAT project—its not all rusted out, and its kind of a rare car. Youre almost guaranteed to have the only one at the car show—-Whens the last time you saw one of these???? Im asking $2500 or best offer, and Im a motivated seller.
