For Sale-1974 Plymouth Valiant Boxtop Limited Edition.My wife and i are expecting our first child,and i simply need the cash,and won’t have the money for the restoration.First of all,the car is running well,but is in need of a new left front drum brake.These are available aftermarket,and can be found online.The car does have some rust issues along the bottom of the rear quarter panels,and some surface rust in a few other areas,and a dent in the right front quarter panel,that was there when i bought it.These are problems easily handled by a good bodyman,if you wanted to fully restore it.On the plus side,i have begun to rework the interior.I have installed a great instrument panel and very nice seats that i salvaged form a Plymouth Satellite of the same year,and i have another side mirror,dash,rear dash,and interior side door panels that match,all ready to be installed.It also has a fresh fuel pump & filter,new battery,and all 4 of the original factory hubcaps.Also,note the curved rear glass.This was the “limited edition” part of the car.Very few were made in this fashion,and even fewer survive today,making it truly unique.
We’re asking 500$,but would be willing to negotiate with the right person.
