1968 CAMARO RS/SS CONVERTIBLE CLONE 396 4 SPEED – $34,500

Description This awesome camaro has been in my collection for over 2 years. I recently completed the car and was planning on keeping this car forever so I used only the finest equipment available but now must sell due to the downturn in the economy. I started by installing a very well built and very strong 396 engine (less than 1000 miles on the complete drivetrain)complete with high performance heads, performance cam,intake and carb..then a set of headers direct the exhaust out through a pair of Flowmaster mufflers. The engine is hooked to a Muncie 4 speed with Hurst shifter with a new clutch assembly. The power is then directed through a rebuilt 3.73 Posi 10 bolt rear end. The car comes with factory power steering. I also installed 4 wheel disc brakes because you have to have the whoa to match the go or else…..The paint is a custom Polar White, with a factory big block hood with the factory chrome stacks . The white power convertible top is in good condition too! This camaro look hot even while standing still. The Medium Blue interior is in very nice shape too with aftermarket gauges keeping track of the vitals. All lights and gauges and power top work except the RS doors are manually operated. You can buy the kit to restore the factory system,if desired. I’ve equipped her with factory rally wheels 15X7 fronts and 15X8 rears and new radial tires. This wild machine needs nothing. She runs with the "Big Dogs" and will put a smile on your face each time you run up through the gears!
